Effective immediately, all TOPS Users have been added to the Systems Liaison Web Distribution System for all future TOPS Alert Notices. When a notice is produced, it will be put on SLG�s web site. Then an email is sent to each user with the subject of the memo and a hyperlink to that page on the web site.

The advantage of this distribution system is that TOPS users will become part of a larger mail distribution system, giving you access to other notices produced by SLG, and thereby keeping you apprised of other happenings at the CME. You can elect to read these other notices, or simply to zero in on the TANWS notices, which will keep you informed of TOPS-related issues.

Additionally, we are in the process of transitioning TOPS/ORAPI support to the GLOBEX2 Control Center, in an effort to consolidate all order routing and electronic trading support to a single call center. Over the next few weeks, Eugene Bridges will be assuming responsibility for TOPS/ORAPI support in his new role as API Customer Support Functional Manager. A new support phone number will be published as the transition is completed.
